We said good bye to Rugby today. He was an energetic puppy who joined our family shortly after our wedding. He instantly took to the role of protector the day our first child came home. He stayed by the side of all 3 kids until they were no longer babies and he became their best friend. He always knew when someone needed comforting. He was curious. He made friends with every dog he met including those on TV. He loved finding unguarded butter… bread… or actually any food. He loved us and we loved him. The house feels so empty without him.
