2025 Free Jacks Rugby Awards Banquet

Last night I had the privilege of attending the NE Free Jacks awards banquet. I’m not going to spoil the results - the team will announce what they want to announce, except to say that I think they nailed the selections (which I would probably say regardless of which nominee got the nod!)

Anyway - one regular season home match remains this Sunday with a wicked cool festival surrounding it. Come out and support not only the work the guys put in to rugby but all the community work they do too.

Amazing time at the WER Boston Banshees match on Saturday!

On March 13th I was lucky enough to be able to get into Boston Logan and witness the New England Free Jacks be recognized in the Terminal C Hall of Champions with banners raised for the 2023 and 2024 MLR championships. #WeWantThree

Finished reading: The Armageddon Protocol by Dan Moren ๐Ÿ“šI’d been putting this off a little bit because Dan’s books are so hard to put down and I didn’t want to say goodbye to Kovalic and crew. Fantastic romp. Alleged finale but like all the best series finales it leaves one wanting more.

An excellent post: Ricky Mondello ยป Magic Links Have Rough Edges, but Passkeys Can Smooth Them Over - micro.blog could really use passkeys too, @manton :)
